JOHN A. VERDONE, age 92; beloved husband of the late Patricia “Pat” (nee Stankus) for 62 years; loving father of Joseph (Mimi), Janette Murray (Peter), and Christine Wadden (Robert); dear grandfather of Michael and Julianne Verdone, Patrick, Kevin and Annie Murray, Megan and Jack Wadden; son of the late Angelo and Mary (nee Coreno); brother of Patrick (deceased) and Robert (deceased) (Anita). John retired from University Hospitals of Cleveland Pathology Department, was a member of the National Funeral Directors Association, Ohio Funeral Directors Association, the Embalmers Association of Cleveland and Knights of Columbus Council 2790. He was also a charter member and past president of the Southwest Italian Club.
